Cholsey Great Barns in South Oxfordshire is an historic tithe barn, built in the 1700s. It was originally used for threshing corn and then, more recently for storing potatoes grown on the 600-plus acre estate. This grade II listed barn has now been sympathetically converted by Pineapple Developments into two high quality office units, carefully retaining the character of the barn and using many of the original wooden roof trusses and beams. Large windows maximise the natural light and under-floor heating and comfort cooling is provided by a ground-source heat pump.
